love is all around
The first step in filling your life up with love is to acknowledge and give thanks for the love already in your life: the people you love, the places you love, and the activities and experiences you love and enjoy in your life at the moment.
It’s taking your focus away from where love is lacking and turning your attention and focus on where love is flourishing and growing in your life already.
This shifts us from a mindset of ‘lack’ and ‘scarcity’ into a mindset of ‘abundance’.
It’s about training your mind to focus on the good stuff in your life.
And it is a crucial step.
When you stop feeling that you’re lacking love in your life and start realizing how much love is already in your life, then you will notice a significant shift in how you see things, how you feel and what you start attracting into your life.
A single woman who feels that she has an abundance of love in her life, even without a romantic partner, is far more relaxed, content and happy than a single woman who feels that there is a total lack of love in her life and that it can only come to her in the hands of one special romantic partner.
The woman who believes that she has no love in her life and that she needs someone else to come and give it to her, will be far more likely to settle for less than she deserves and attract and be attracted to the wrong kinds of guys.

So today is all about recovering a sense of abundance in love - shifting your focus from the love that is lacking in your life to the love that is all around you.
Time to celebrate and give thanks for that love and then see what happens when you start to do that on a daily basis…
