Dates with yourself!

Spending quality time with yourself and treating yourself to doing things you really enjoy is one of the most important things you can do to cultivate and then maintain a happy, healthy and loving relationship with yourself.
 
It’s your chance to give to yourself for once, all of that love and attention that you normally only give to others.
 
When you do that it sends a message to you of ‘I am loved, I am cared for, I matter’. To be able to do that for yourself is truly beautiful, not to mention powerful.

Organising a date with yourself

 The idea of a date with yourself is that you organise something really lovely to do – just you, yourself and you. Something that you book in the diary just like any other date. And where you organise to do the kind of thing you’d only normally do with a loved one. Because now you ARE the loved one.
 
So today you’re going to plan and book in a date with yourself. It can be a date night IN or a date night OUT.
