Today we’re getting right to the heart of what Get Ready for Love, and in fact what Project Love, is all about: becoming the source of love in our own lives. Cultivating a loving healthy relationship with yourself and discovering that the love you’ve been longing for was within you all along.
 
As Oscar Wilde once beautifully put it:
 

"To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance"


The struggle we find people often come up against is that, while they know that loving yourself is important, they just don’t know HOW you’re supposed to actually do it.
 
So that is what today’s lesson is all about: learning how to love yourself on a practical day-to-day basis.
